Organization
1. The organizer will include all the participants into the various competition categories after their fulfilment of the required conditions.
The confirmation of participation and the invitation letter for the participants who need the entry visa for Bosnia and Herzegovina will be sent to them after they have sent a filled out application form to the organizer. Besides the application, participants are obliged to send us their personal data (first name, given name, number of passport, date of issue, expiry date, place of issue, personal number, date of birth, place of birth) as well as a copy of the data page of passport.
Single entry-exit visa or transit visa for Bosnia and Hercegovina is 31 EUR. You can also visit the web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina www.mvp.gov.ba
Citizens of the following countries are exempted from the visa requirement when entering, exiting or traveling through Bosnia and Herzegovina :

2. The admission fee for all the participants is 10 EUR for soloist and 20 EUR for groups. The admission fee is to be paid to the organizer of the competition upon the arrival at the event location.
